Managing Director

Rajen is an Indian restaurateur who owns Junoon Indian Restaurant. He has over 20 years of expertise and experience in the hospitality industry. He started his career by working with big shots in the industry like, Crown, Park Hyatt but always had a dream of owning a restaurant one day. He's known for his customer service, cuisine specialty, and managing the business as a Director. His ambition is to bring the joyful experience of Indian cuisine to Australia and to rejuvenate the hospitality dimension.



Head Chef

Gurvansh is an Indian chef, based in Australia. He has over 7 years of experience as a culinary chef. He has proficiency in all types of Indian style curries, and he's known for his Butter Chicken and Lamb Rogan Josh.


Amandeep Singh

Èntree Chef

Aman is an Indian chef, based in Australia. He has over 5 years of experience as a Èntreef chef. He has achived his name and fame from our clients on our Junoon specialty "Khumb Karare".
